Having previously helped injured workers receive their benefits in a courtroom,   we are very familiar with the kinds of tools an attorney will need to make his or her case.

 

We have designed a program to provide value to attorneys. Here are some of the ways we can assist you and your client:

 

• Explain the SJDB voucher rules, procedures and regulations so that your office does not have to repeat the process to the client

 

• Identify any potential Leboeuf, DFEC or Ogilvie issues upfront

 

• Handle All Voucher Requests                                              (to include filing complaints with the Audit Unit in  the event a voucher is delayed or denied)

 

• Referral to Schools, including:

  • overseeing the billing is processed timely properly to avoid delay in training

  • start date and ensure injured workers get everything they were promised

 

• Track client progress until completion of their career goal

 

• Provide you a code to our state of the art program and allow you to saccess immediate and update status on your clients progress 

 

Attorneys can review the appointed list of Vocational SJDB/ Return-to-Work Counselors & Consultants for their clients online  (NOTE: List is updated Quarterly)

 

Golden State ETV Consultants will provide full service counseling and can handle any situation with additional resources.   We meet, tour, and evaluate all schools ahead of time so we can provide a client with first hand knowledge on each school.  We will handle it all. The best part is it doesn’t cost you or your client anything!
