Screening your clients for potential Leboeuf, DFEC or Ogilvie 

issues 

 

Explain the SJDB voucher rules, procedures and regulations so that 

your office staff doesn’t have to 

 

Booking voucher requests, including filing complaint with the Audit 

Unit if voucher is delayed or denied 

 

Referrals to schools, including overseeing the billing, 

ensuring it is processed timely and properly to avoid delay in 

training and ensure injured workers get everything they were 

promised 

 

Track client progress until completion of their career goal
