What about injuries occurring between Jan. 1, 2004 and Dec. 31, 2012, where can I find information on approved private providers of education-related retraining or skill enhancement schools?

 

Under Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.   SB 899 did a lot of damage to injured workers, as well as the people who helped them. If you have questions,  you can send a letter to The BPPE

What if I want to retrain, and I dont have a voucher,  or my voucher expired?

 

If you want to know you must retrain,  and you do not have a valid voucher,  or you want to retrain,  we do have options available for you.  There will be a charge for this service because you do not have a voucher,  or you are not eligible,  but there are additonal resources,  and we can assist you.
